The Savior has asked us to do the things which He has done...."Mourn with those who mourn; yea, and comfort those that stand in need of comfort."
This scripture came to mind tonight as we stood in front of the Bengtzen home. Today was "Grandpa Garys" birthday. He is not doing so well. Family and friends had planned a wonderful event for him.
As he sat in his large front window surrounded by family, a large group gathered to sing Happy Birthday and Come Come Ye Saints.
My sweet Luke was very touched. He had brought his itouch with him and recorded a video. As soon as he got home, he wrote a sweet paragraph about the night and posted it on YouTube.
His family is an inspiration to all. When reading their blog, you are humbled and your priorities in life are put into perspective.
