Trail Running

We have been trying to get in as much trail running as possible this summer. Our no fail, is up around Red Butte. So sad to see it catch fire this weekend. So we tried a new route.

We did this a couple time this weekend. Milcreek Canyon to the Pipeline. Yikes. We park along the road, and run uphill for a couple miles.

I don't know if this picture does justice.

The uphill portion, is steep.

I still can not make it the entire uphill without stopping,

but don't worry I will eventually.

Once we hook onto the Pipeline, it is smooth sailing.

Living close to the mountains, is such a bonus for me.

I am going to miss that benefit.
